The plating on the silver jewel protects the metal from its natural tendency to blacken and keeps it shiny. There are five different platings in our handmade jewelry, platinum plating, gold plating, rose gold plating, red plating and black rhodium plating. In many objects, two or three different platings alternate and this is a key feature of our handmade jewels, which creates sophisticated and original designs. Due to the fact that the item is handmade, there is a possibility of a small delay (2 or 3 days) depending on the workload of the Workshop. The silver oxidation technique gives this dark gray or black color and gives the piece a special character.
